What is a Notary

NSA’s are independent contractors that are used generally by lenders, title & other contracting companies to assist in the last step of the loan process.
The main difference between a mobile Notary and a Notary Signing Agent is the focus of their work. While Notaries encounter a wide variety of documents, Signing Agents specifically handle loan documents, however neither party is able to give legal advice of any kind and would not be able to help with any legal questions.
